How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom, limited-run nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a printing issue?
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a printing defect, damage, or incorrect order, please contact us at jockeyhollowgolf@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- A photo of the defective or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer a store credit based on availability.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because each item is printed to order, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.
How do I take care of my Jockey Hollow gear?
To keep your gear looking fresh:
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low
- Avoid bleach & high heat to preserve the print and fabric quality
Do you restock designs once they sell out?
Most of our items are limited runs—once they’re gone, they’re gone. If something sells out, it may not return, but stay tuned for new drops.
